The beauty of an old Diesel engine kept as an exhibit at a hotel in Naiwala 0n the Veyangoda Chilaw road. Made by 'Ruston' England, it is all metal, produced in an era before there were plastics. This type of engine provided motive power in tea factories and power stations.

Now it is a wonderful play-ground for children.
